- Rated 5 out of 5by Oside Guy, 8 years agoSomehow I can't "relocate" the toolbar to the top of Firefox, i.e. just below where the Firefox Window tabs are. It is "stuck" at the bottom of the browser and for the life of me.... I can't find a way to "move it up."

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13438243, 8 years agoI've used RoboForm for over 15 years, and I cannot say enough good things about. The entire program is excellent and does everything it says it does. When occasionally an issue crops up, the RoboForm Tech Support team cannot be surpassed!
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13438045, 8 years agoWorks flawlessly. Save so much time trying (and often failing) to look up correct passwords. Spoiled.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13438004, 8 years agoHave used RoboForm for yeas. Love not having to remember all my passwords. I would recommend this to everyone.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13431122, 8 years agoAbout half the time it logs directly into the website selected. The other half, it gets to the website but does not fill in the username and passwords. This means I have to open ROBOFORM in EDIT view then manually 'copy and paste' first the username then the password. Maybe it will improve in the version I have just installed ?
Nothing much has changed in June-2020 as I still use it only as a secure place to hold usernames and passwords so I can copy and paste them into the appropriate login. It usually gets to the login screen correctly but very seldom does it actually complete a login. 'Create New' is not instinctive and I usually have to duplicate another login, then edit all the information to make a new login.
Still no change in Dec-2022. I need a 'Roboform for Dummies' help file. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13430638, 8 years agoit took me seconds to complete. a big improvement.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13428954, 8 years agoBeen using Roboform for several years with Firefox ... wonderful app ... until the last Roboform update ... now the add in doesn't work ... an it is a pain in butt to have to use the Roboform editor to copy/paste ids and passwords ... I've tried a bunch of times over the past week to install the addin ... no luck ... Roboform says its a Firefox issue ... please fix it!!!!
- Rated 3 out of 5by TampaNative, 8 years agoI'm enjoying it except it isn't working on my Android with the Firefox Browser that I'm so fond of it's the only one I use. As I/we are using our phones more and computers less for everything we used to do with PCs, it's very frustrating that RoboForm is incompatible with Firefox. It would be 5 star and perfect if it weren't for that one very important point.
I've been using AI RoboForm for more than 10 years now and would love to stay with you, and will gladly if this FireFox problem gets resolved soon. Firefox offers an integrated password manager that I assume works similarly. I hopefully won't have to find out as I'm comfortable with and used to RoboForm and don't mind paying s nominal subscription fee to use it.
Good luck,
TampaNative - Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 13425117, 8 years agoI am trying to do the latest update which demands using or installing Firefox and it does not work! Keeps telling me I need to download the latest version of Firefox. I do it and the same thing happens. Great program but this is a horrible pain and dropped you from a higher rating to 2. I am so frustrated, I would make it a 1.
