by Firefox user 16332016, 5 years agoFast download, faster than others I have tried before, in seconds from the minutes of others. Many of the youtube downloading add-ons no longer detect the videos as they stream as ADP from the more familiar mp4, evidently a change by youtube maybe because flash will no longer be supported. More than pleasantly surprised to find this extension that works with the dominance of the current format of videos streaming on youtube.

Yes, it lets you download videos, but it will not include the sound for any video downloaded; this includes in any format and even after editing the setup parameters. There are other extensions out there that do work.
