- Rated 2 out of 5by disappointedbutnotsurprised, a year agoremoving this from my browser. even when things started to go downhill around a year ago, which I certainly noticed, I kept this extension purely to mark actual terfs and transphobes. as more and more trans and intersex people were marked red, I kept the extension, trusting my own judgment over shinigami eyes. at this point I see no point in keeping the extension when half the time those marked red are actual transgender people.
it seems people on tumblr specifically, as perfectly trans- and intersex-friendly blogs are marked red, have been noticing the problems with shinigami eyes and now that other people are abandoning this extension I think it would be best for me to follow suit.
I'm grateful that other people are finally noticing the discrepancies with this extension. shame on the developer for giving the same weak, vague copy-pasted responses to accurate complaints. queer love forever

- Rated 1 out of 5by actuallyInterested, a year agoi used this extension for years and years and it was great. but recently its been flagging pro-trans accounts as anti-trans for posting about intersex people. i wanted to use it to filter out bigots, shame its become unusuable now, im sad to say im uninstalling.
- Rated 1 out of 5by starryfaun, a year agoI used to use this reliably in the past to judge what people to follow on various platforms but all I have seen lately is trans, intersex, and non-binary creators being flagged as horrible just for...being themselves? What is going on here??? This app is no longer LGBTQIA friendly and apparently hasn't been for a while now.
- Rated 1 out of 5by prcervi, a year agoFalse flags anything that isn't the developers preferred version of trans positivity, also literal butterflies because it's sometimes a code for trans/intersex? This really ain't as useful as it likes to paint itself, and it likes to lag out my browser on some websites.
- Rated 1 out of 5by dguenms, a year agoSE used to be a very useful addon to avoid unwittingly interacting with or sharing the posts by transphobic people on social media.
Unfortunately it has become useless for this purpose because the owner of this mod is using this addon for their personal campaign of bigotry against people who are or express support for intersex people, trans men, or nonbinary people.
It is used as a tool to target, harass, and silence trans and intersex people the owner is bigoted towards, as well as anyone who supports them.
Don't support someone who uses community tools for their personal harassment campaigns. Don't support someone who prefers to divide the community for the purpose of their own bigotry and does the work of transphobes for them.
It is now useless as a tool for identifying transphobes anyway.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Mote, a year agoThis extension is transphobic- it excludes trans men and rates their experiences as 'red', and denies that intersex people exist.
- Rated 1 out of 5by kittyfangs, a year agoAs a trans person I'm formerly a long time user of Shinigami Eyes. For years it helped me feel safe on the internet in knowing who to trust and who to avoid. Unfortunately the extension is no longer usable. The tool is marking many intersex people and intersex allies as transphobes when they are not showing transphobic behaviour, and it's also showing many radfems and terfs as green for some reason despite constant harassment and posting extreme views. It's very sad to see Shinigami Eyes go this way.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Маслиныч, a year agoshinigami eyes has become a useless and unreliable tool as of late, constantly falsely flagging people
- Rated 1 out of 5by vgaymerv42069, a year agoruined a perfectly good add-on with gatekeeping and the very same rhetoric you claim to be against. get it together.

- Rated 1 out of 5by serapheseraphim, a year agoA lot of trans and intersex people get marked as transphobes / TERFs for having discourse opinions other trans people disagree with (or for bringing up intersex people at all, it seems). There's also not real way of verifying why people were marked as anti-trans. Pretty stupid.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Nik, a year agoUsed to be good and useful, now overrun with false positives from transphobes.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Palette, a year agoIt's disappointing that for a "trans-friendly" addon, your moderation is closer to terf rethoric that it will ever be to trans aid. Discriminating intersex, transmasc and nonbinary people isnt very trans-friendly of you.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18732267, a year agoUsed it for a while, but the creators are scummy and have begun marking people who speak on Intersex, Transmasc, or Nonbinary issues as Transphobic, which is... not great!
- Rated 1 out of 5by EisigerElch, a year agoUsed to be a great add on. But unfortunately now the developers are supporting the act of falsely marking trans activists as transphobic for refusing to hate on trans men, supporting intersex identities, and generally standing up for ALL trans people. Won't be using again.
- Rated 1 out of 5by vesper, a year agoused to rely on this extension but as of recently its been falsely marking transmascs and intersex individuals as red. as a transmasc i cannot continue using this extension. extremely disappointed. developers, do better

- Rated 1 out of 5by Marcie, a year agoThis add-on used to be useful for getting a heads-up that a few other people agreed that a person or website was potentially transphobic. It's never been 100% reliable and it's always been vulnerable to brigading, despite the claims that every report is human-checked. Now, however, the management appears to have picked a particularly regressive and bizarre concept of "transphobia" to enforce , and their enforcement is more similar to TERFism than it is to any liberatory ethos. They have started flagging trans men, nonbinary people and intersex people aggressively, often for no reason whatsoever other than that they are trans men, intersex people or nonbinary people. It's time to shitcan this add-on permanently, I'm afraid.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18732192, a year agoYou know why you're getting this rating. You hate anyone who isn't binary trans fem, which is oddly backwards.
