To track the current page: Simply click "Track Current Page" button (leave URL field empty)
If you're on a restricted page, you'll see a warning message
To track any URL: Enter the website URL in the input field and click "Track Entered URL"
Click the diff icon next to any tracked website to check for changes
View detailed change comparisons with highlighted additions and removals
