Privacy Policy for Smart AI Scratchpad

Smart AI Scratchpad is a browser extension that helps users draft and organize prompts before sending them to AI chat platforms (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, DeepSeek).

What data we collect: When you use the "PERFECT PROMPT" feature, the text you type is sent to Groq's API (a third-party AI service) using your own personal API key, to generate a refined response.

What we store: Your notes, saved questions, and chat history are stored only on your own device using your browser's local storage. This data is never sent to us or to any third party except Groq, and only when you actively use the PERFECT PROMPT feature.

What we don't do: We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. We do not have our own servers that store your data.
