About this extension
Smart Dark Mode automatically detects mostly light webpages and converts them to a darker, more comfortable view using a simple page-level color inversion that preserves images and videos where possible. It runs automatically as pages load, remembers the last mode for each site to reduce flicker, and includes a toolbar popup for global enable/disable plus per-site controls: Automatic, Force inverted, or Force original.
