The extension lets users select a browser identity profile and align common browser-exposed signals such as user agent, platform, language, timezone, screen properties, device type, memory, CPU cores, and touch support.
Main purpose:
- Help users reduce passive browser fingerprint consistency issues
- Help developers and QA teams test websites across different browser, device, language, and timezone environments
- Provide a clear interface showing which identity is currently active
The extension does not collect, sell, or transmit personal browsing data. Settings are used locally to apply the selected spoofing profile.
To test:
1. Install the extension.
2. Open the extension popup.
3. Select an identity such as French iPhone, Japanese Mobile, American Chrome, Mac Safari, German Firefox, or UK Edge.
4. Open a browser/device information checker.
5. Confirm that the visible browser properties match the selected identity.
6. Disable spoofing from the popup to return to the original browser values.
Chrome and Firefox versions share the same product concept, with browser-specific implementation differences where required by each extension platform.
