Privacy Policy for SSC Lens

SSC Lens ("we", "our", or "us") is a Chrome Extension designed to help students prepare for SSC exams. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Data We Collect
   Google Sign-In Data: We use the chrome.identity API to authenticate you. We only collect your Email Address to verify your Premium License status against our database.
   Local Storage: We store your "Premium Status" (True/False) locally in your browser's chrome.storage.local to improve performance and reduce server requests.
2. How We Use Your Data
   We use your email address strictly for Authentication and License Verification. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We do not track your browsing history or the websites you visit.
3. Data Security
   Your email is stored securely in our Firebase Database. All communication between the extension and our server occurs over encrypted HTTPS connections.
