TabPulse is a Firefox add-on that tracks focus time per tab and supports lap checkpoints. Unlike domain-level tracking, TabPulse focuses on exact tabs. It records dwell time while the browser window is focused, lets you add lap markers for the active tab, and shows the top tabs by accumulated time.
