Restore the classic Twitter bird on the login/signup landing page, with responsive sizing for wide and narrow screens and support for light/dark themes. Preserve the existing login controls and form behavior.

Restore Twitter branding in the signup tab title, including titles partly changed by older versions. Handle dynamic logo insertion and redraws. These changes follow the existing bird and title switches; no new permissions are required.

Added Actual link, enabled by default: complete HTTP(S) URLs provided by Twitter pages replace t.co short links, including dynamically loaded links. Incomplete or unsupported addresses are left unchanged. This works locally without resolving short links over the network or requesting additional permissions. Direct links bypass the t.co redirect and its possible warnings; you can disable this option in the popup and refresh Twitter.

Added localized labels for the new option and adjusted popup spacing to fit the additional control.
