- Rated 4 out of 5by 厉害的超人, 3 years agoOverall it works great on Firefox 91esr! However it is incompatible with older versions of Firefox, such as 68esr, though it shows working with Firefox 48.0 and later.

If I have a choice in the matter, I'll never search the web without this. It's really disappointing how some users run into a slight hiccup, maybe in need of an update, so they write a 1-star review that says "completely useless." Clearly you RageQuit and didn't actually give the add-on a chance despite it's 112x 5-star reviews.
I even figured out a way to use my free PasteBin account to create my own subscription URL. It's useful if I want to use my blacklist on a friend's computer.
It would be really cool if that were added as a feature to uBlacklist, using PasteBin API calls. Like a method() that uploads my list contents to my paste page. Just an idea. - Rated 5 out of 5by foobar, 4 years ago
- Rated 1 out of 5by QuantumDrone, 4 years agoWith the new (in beta) google search 'option dots' at the right hand side of each result, this no longer works, sadly. There's no way to opt-out of the beta features (it seems to be a soft roll-out on google's end.)
It's my hope that this addon will be updated soon, as I love the features it provides. If there's any more info I can give, let me know. - Rated 5 out of 5by NoHeartPen, 4 years ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Bkuuzin, 4 years agoI've used this addon for a while and it works great! Just one problem though; sometimes there's one search result that uBlacklist doesn't let me block. Other results have the 'Block this site' option, but just one of them won't have it. Not sure if it's a bug or something about the url, even adding it manually doesn't work. Other than that, great addon!

- Rated 1 out of 5by Minionblacke, 4 years agoGoogle's updated their search engine scripts or codes, i believe. As seen through July 2023, the ublacklist dialog has gone missing under the url where it has been always. What was blocked still appears in results despite. Browser wasn't updated, so that's not the cause. There is no way to block them at the moment. Please fix this soon.
Updated: As of early March 2026, I've seen a different change. You can block them in Google's search results but not immediately. There seem a bug where each time you want to block any site, it won't be active until you click the extension button to activate it. It isn't as automatically active like before. Each time the page is reloaded/refreshed, the extension will require to be clicked first in order for the sites to not show up again. I believe this has something to do with "Only when clicked" shown when the extension icon is right clicked. It is the only already auto selected option placed and there are no alternatives. Why is that even shown then?
This has become an annoyance yet again. - Rated 5 out of 5by Bryan Hoang, 4 years ago
