I am sorry about posting this here, however I do not have (and will not make) a Google account, nor do I have (and currently do not want one) a Reddit account, and since I had not helped uBlock's development in the past, I cannot post this on uBlock Origin's GitHub issues.
I have been having these issues for over a month, specifically with the Adguard, Malware Domains, and Peter Lowe's filters, and even then only on Chromium based browsers (Chromium, Vivaldi), and only on their dev versions (the issue is on both the stable and the dev version of uBlock Origin).
uBlock Logger shows nothing helpful, just generic "Network Error: (Filterlist URL)".
I still have not found any workarounds that actually work (even resetting Chromium and Vivaldi did not help).
There are no issues whatsover on Firefox, nor with manually opening the filter lists's URLs on Chromium based browsers.Developer response

When you select "All" in the logger, does it show that the network requests to fetch the lists are being blocked by uBO itself?
If not, than something else outside uBO is blocking the network requests. If yes, then the logger will tell you which filters/rules are blocking the network requests.
You can post filter-related issues at
