   Most of the data used by VisaSentinel is stored locally on your device and never leaves your browser unless you explicitly choose to share it. This includes:

Settings: Your check frequency, monitoring limits, and license key are stored in Chrome's local storage.
Event Logs: A history of check attempts and results is stored in an IndexedDB database within your browser.
Notifications: Your Telegram Bot Token and Chat ID are stored locally to facilitate alerts.
2. Information We Collect Externally
We only collect information externally in the following specific scenarios:

Share Success Feature: If you choose to submit a success story, we collect your name, visa type, country, rating, and comments. This data is stored on our secure servers to be displayed in our community scroller.
Support Form: When you contact us via the support form, we collect your name, email address (optional), and the content of your message. This is processed via Formspree to deliver your inquiry to our team.
License Validation: Your license key may be checked against our database to verify its validity.
3. Third-Party Services
VisaSentinel integrates with the following third-party services:

Telegram: Used to send instant notifications. Your data is sent directly to Telegram's API from your browser.
Healthchecks.io: If configured, the extension pings this service to provide an uptime heartbeat.
Formspree: Used to manage support inquiries.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.

   We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics (like Google Analytics) to monitor your browsing behavior. The extension only interacts with the official US Visa Scheduling portal as directed by your settings.
