    Adds an optional Communication category that extends the same policy check to
    WhatsApp Web and Telegram Web.

    The category is off after installation and does nothing until an administrator
    of your organization enables it in the WASViking portal. When it is on, only
    text pasted into the message box and files attached through it are inspected.
    Typed conversation is never read.

    Behaviour on the AI sites already supported is unchanged.
