WhatsApp Privacy Blur by Nyihui

• To open the add-on panel, click the shield icon on WhatsApp's left sidebar.
• Press Alt + / to enable or disable the privacy blur.

Some elements on the page don't seem to be covered anymore since WhatsApp updated its UI, and apparently the most-downloaded extension hasn't caught up yet.
So here's an updated version that supports the latest WhatsApp Web UI changes. Feel free to give it a try. Nothing shady, just something I've been working on lately and wanted to share.

Performance Mode ⁽ᴺᴱᵂ⁾
1. Blur (Default): Provides a beautiful, animated frosted-glass blur. Actively tracks the screen to ensure pixel-perfect privacy at all times.
2. Blur Lite : Blur Lite delivers the same great frosted-glass look but utilizes pure CSS rendering. It disables background tracking to maximize performance.
3. Redacted : Maximum privacy, (almost) zero lag. Replaces the blur effect with solid color blocks.

Protect your privacy in public spaces, offices, or cafes. It automatically hides sensitive information on your screen, revealing it only when you hover your mouse over it.

Features:
1. Unblur Latest Messages
Keep up with the conversation without exposing your entire chat history. Choose to automatically unblur the last 1, 2, or 3 messages in the active chat while keeping the rest of the screen protected.
2. Adjustable Blur Intensity
Use the built-in slider to adjust the blur intensity from a subtle 2px all the way to 20px.
3. Quick Toggle Keyboard Shortcut
Instantly toggle your privacy shield on or off without touching your mouse using the Alt + X master switch shortcut.
