by Dawn Boi, 4 years agoThis extension added some new issues more than fix the ones I wanted to fix. The only reason I wanted this plugin was to have videos play from the beginning since I like to listen to music. There are two issues currently. One: Whenever I click the home screen or search another video, the video still plays in the background. That's annoying. Two: Sometimes whenever I click on the extension icon the video starts from the beginning with every click. The only option I changed was turning on forced play video from beginning (only thing I was interested in)

2. should not happen, you dont have to click the extension icon usually, the site might only reload if you change something big like dark theme or video resolution

- Rated 1 out of 5by Mars, 15 days agoWhile the features this addon provides are great, I am unable to use any of them because every time I attempt to install this extension, my computer becomes unusably laggy regardless of whether youtube is active or not. My computer gets so laggy that youtube videos are no longer able to play. Am not sure if this is an issue on my end or on the developer's end but this extension is completely unusable for me.

If real, of course this is important and urgent (yet also unlikely even two reviews in a row saying "my computer is slow" mean nothing real, since the thought is contagious.) - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13507781, 16 days agoFor the past few days, some YouTube pages in Firefox have been experiencing terrible page freezes. The built-in manager shows a load of 100% or even 200+%. When the add-on is disabled and the page is reopened, everything returns to normal.

- Rated 5 out of 5by nightmareci, 20 days agoThe fit-to-window feature is mostly what I wanted, and it works properly. I wanted it to hide the recommendations column completely as I find those distracting, while having the video as large as possible without fullscreening the browser.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Mars, a month agoI really love this add on and I don't have a github to bug report, but I wanted to let the dev know that the blocklist isn't working properly. It isn't blacking out/shrinking down blocked content like it used to it just shows back up like nothing happened (both homepage and recommends). I did try clearing my cache to see if it was me but no luck. Appreciate the hard work!

- Rated 1 out of 5by AvalonFallen, a month agoDoes not shuffle playlists on Firefox mobile. This is the only extension I could find that claimed to do this, but I was very dissapointed when the option was enabled and the playlist continued in order.

posted a month agoHi! Please consider by the nature of our work you might always find some feature requiring updates after changes to the Youtube website. - Rated 3 out of 5by AFMZL, a month agoIm not sure how it is on desktop but it is really buggy on mobile firefox. Whenever you try to look into someone's channel and move to other taps such as the channel's home/videos, it just freezes. It doesn't let your reload nor get out of the page via return button. Also even when it works when you try to click the channel's other shorts it freezes. I tried turning on & off my phone but it still does it. Had to disable the addon.

posted a month agohi! doesnt depend browser or OS much but m.youtube is a different website so only player features work but not layout. Please file a bug report at https://github.com/code-charity/youtube/issues looking for errors logged or adding more detail. Thanks
