    Dual-Layout Support: The extension now supports both the classic YouTube transcript interface and the new 2026 layout.

    Automatic Timestamp Filtering: Now extracts clean text by default, even on the new pages where YouTube has removed the "Toggle timestamps" option.

    Source Referencing: Every downloaded transcript now includes the original video URL as a reference link at the top of the file.
    Smart Naming: Downloaded files are automatically named after the YouTube video title for better organization.

    Non-Intrusive Design: Minimalist background execution with zero data collection or tracking.
