I PAID for the addon subscription for 1 year and I cannot access my account. I have sent them about 5 emails through their website, email address and even their partner address and they keep ignoring me. It has already been more than 2 weeks since I tried contacting them! Worst support at all. It is a scam, it used to work well but it often doesnt have servers anymore.
