Zoho People Time Tracker Privacy Policy

What we access
- Your Zoho People session cookies on people.zoho. hosts, used solely to make authenticated API calls to read your own attendance data (punches, hours, permission usage, weekly totals).
- Your own profile photo from contacts.zoho., displayed in the popup.

What we store
- Your settings (Zoho URL, target hours, theme, etc.) in chrome.storage.sync (synced to your own Firefox account if Sync is on).
- A cached snapshot of your latest attendance data and basic employee info (name, designation, photo URL) in chrome.storage.local on your device.

What we DO NOT do
- We never ask for or store your Zoho password.
- We never send any data to the developer or any third party.
- We have no analytics, no telemetry, no error reporting, no ads.
- We do not access any other websites or any data from sites other than your configured Zoho People tenant.

Permissions we use
- storage: save your settings and cache attendance data locally
- alarms: refresh attendance once a minute in the background
- cookies: read the CSRF token from your Zoho session cookie to authenticate API calls
- tabs: power the "Find Zoho tab" button in the options page (looks for open Zoho People tabs)
- Host permissions for people.zoho. and contacts.zoho.: required to call Zoho's API and load your profile photo
