    Thanks for making us aware of this! This is certainly not expected behavior. Can you send a few example URLs where you experience ads along with a screenshot of your filter lists to support@adblockplus.org? We'd be happy to troubleshoot with you.

    It took me a few days of testing on different networks but it is now clear that it slows down the loading of many pages, especially on duckduckgo.com. It makes it look bad.

    Adblock plus blockiert, aber es funtktioniert bei vielen Websits nicht, ihn zu deaktivieren. Das nervt inzwischen so sehr, daß ich dieses Add-on leider entfernen werde.
    = Adblock plus works, but I can't manage do deactvate it on certain websites. This has been annoying me so much, that I'll deinstall adblock plus.

    Be careful. They consider a lot of ads acceptable by now. Things you probably would not agree with. For example, all ads that amazon shows in front of search results are considered "acceptable", so you have to scroll a full page before you see real results.
    I did love them for the idea of acceptable ads, but they have been stretching this definition too far. Sad to not be able to have an acceptable compromise anymore.

    Hi there!

    There seems to be some misunderstandings about our Acceptable Ads Initiative. Users are still in control, and can disable “allow acceptable ads” in options. If you still experience ads with this option disabled, please be advised that these are more than likely NOT Acceptable Ads. In these cases please send us the URL along with a screenshot of your subscribed filter lists to support@adblockplus.org. We are usually able to get these reported to the filter list team and resolved. You can find more details regarding Acceptable Ads here https://acceptableads.com.

    It stops, NOT slows down STOPS every page that tries to load. I want my money back. Is anyone out there in adblock land listening?

    The current version 3.3.1 is making Firefox 6.0.3-64 on Windows 7 very slow (page loading) and nearly unusable (response time). So I started Firefox with disabled Extensions and it worked perfectly well - very fast and stable. By trail and error, I enabled Extension by Extension. So my final conclusion was to disable the Adblock Plus Extension :-)
    PS: Was using the Extension for years without any problems!

    Thes elosers aren't even really trying to block facebook ads anymore. What was once an arms race has turned into this ad blocker getting bent over by Facebook's ads. They've allowed several companies to pay them off to whitelist their ads, and I'm starting to think Facebook was one of them.

    Blockiert nicht nur Werbung wunderbar sondern verbuggt größenteils Websiten. Nach langer Zeit in Verwendung deinstalliert. Hoffe in Zukunft wird es wieder funktionieren.

    Mala!! el consumo de memoria es de lo peor, altísimo, he tenido problemas de falta de memoria en Ubuntu usando Firefox todo el tiempo, nunca antes y solo con la 18.04 desactive este addon y el consumo de memoria se volvió normal, arreglenlo

    same issue as the previous person. all of a sudden adblock plus is blocking all website images for certain sites (e.g. netflix.com). can this be resolved??

    Thanks for bringing this our attention! We are aware that a recent change to easylist is causing broken pages and excessive blocking. This has since been corrected.
