Very effectively prunes your recommendations of unwanted content that youtube will otherwise constantly put in front of you. It takes a while to build up a list of blocked channels and keywords but once you've done it, the experience of using youtube is unrecognisable (in a 100% good way) compared to not using this extension.

The worst are the jerks who show their dumb faces in thumbnails.
They usually have capitalised titles and are the verified. I'm not falling for their idiotic content and that extension is a true sanity saver.
