SmartCal Maldives does not collect, transmit, or share any user data.

Data stored
- Calendar events you create (title, date, time, color, reminder settings)
- Daily tasks you create (title, time, notification preference, completion state)
- User preferences (theme, view mode)

Where it is stored
All data is stored locally on your device using the browser storage.local API. It never leaves your device, is never sent to any server, and is never shared with third parties or the developer.

Network
The extension makes no network requests of any kind.

Permissions used
- storage: persist your events, tasks, and preferences locally
- alarms: schedule the 1-minute tick that checks for upcoming reminders
- notifications: display reminder alerts at scheduled times
