is there a way to move the youtube OSD controls/buttons below the player (not autohide, just move), I would like this very much.

5 stars only? that would not be a fair review. make this change and for sure I will even put a 6 star if possible.

I want the video area to not have any kind of hud/control buttons/overlays obstructing the view, autohide of the control works but is distracting or obstrusive in some cases (like buttons bar obstructing the view of a detail in a video , specially if you try to point that detail with the mouse), so if the controls get moved out of the video area (below it) it will work great for me.

please fix auto enable youtube subtitle (CC), it doesn't work since 1 month

Thank you for fixing the dark theme bug! Unfortunately, the subs seem to be bugged now as the setting to have them auto on no longer works.
