End User License Agreement — History Graph

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you
and the Developer for the History Graph browser extension, including all
associated files and documentation (the "Software"). By installing or using
the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you
do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. License grant

The Software is open-source software licensed under the MIT License. Subject to
the terms of that license, you are granted a worldwide, royalty-free,
non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute,
sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software. The full text of the MIT License
is included with the Software (see the LICENSE.md file) and governs your rights
to the Software.

2. Privacy and data

The Software records your browsing navigation history and stores it locally on
your own device only. It transmits no data to the Developer or any third party.
Your use of the Software is also subject to the Privacy Policy distributed with
the Software, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Software only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all
applicable laws and the policies of the browser and add-on store through which you
obtained it.

4. No warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT
THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DATA
RECORDED OR STORED BY THE SOFTWARE WILL BE PRESERVED OR FREE FROM LOSS.

5. Limitation of liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER
LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT
OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE
SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOSS OF DATA OR BROWSING HISTORY.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement
will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. You may
terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Software and deleting all
copies. The provisions concerning warranty, liability, and the underlying MIT
License survive termination.

7. Entire agreement

This Agreement, together with the MIT License and the Privacy Policy, constitutes
the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the Software and
supersedes any prior understandings.
