Improved preview image sourcing

Bookmark Box now uses the page’s representative image when saving or re-capturing a bookmark. It checks Open Graph (og:image), Twitter card, JSON-LD schema image, and a hero-image heuristic before falling back to a viewport screenshot.

Broken Links improvements
- Added Retry, Dismiss, and Delete actions for failed checks
- Added Retry all failed
- Added separate bulk selection and bulk delete flows for broken links and failed checks
- Improved error labels with clearer messages such as Timed out, Network error, and Certificate error
