Bottle It Back does not collect, store, or transmit personal data.

The extension detects interaction events on supported AI websites to estimate usage, but does not access or store prompt text, messages, passwords, or account information.

All usage data is stored locally in the user’s browser.

When the user chooses to offset their footprint, the extension opens the Planet Water Foundation donation page and may prefill a donation amount. No payment information is accessed, stored, or transmitted by the extension.
