BrokerWise AI Assistant is operated by BrokerWise.


When a user sends a message, the message and recent conversation context are transmitted securely to BrokerWise-operated services so that an AI-generated response can be returned.

When a user intentionally activates a page-context feature, the extension may also transmit:

• The active webpage title
• The active webpage URL
• Text explicitly selected by the user
• Page-related instructions entered by the user

The extension does not automatically collect full webpage content or browsing history.


The extension may store the following information locally in Firefox:

• Conversation history
• Display and accessibility preferences
• Temporary access-session information
• Demo request-limit information

Users can clear locally stored extension data through the extension settings or by removing the extension.


Information is processed only to:

• Generate BrokerWise AI responses
• Provide user-requested webpage context
• Maintain extension preferences and conversation continuity
• Enforce demonstration usage limits
• Diagnose service errors and maintain reliability

BrokerWise does not sell extension user data.

Information may be processed by BrokerWise infrastructure and the AI systems used to generate responses. Data is not shared with advertisers.


Users should not submit passwords, financial-account details, confidential client information, regulated personal information, or other highly sensitive material through the demonstration extension.


Local conversation data remains in the user's Firefox profile until it is cleared or the extension is removed.

BrokerWise server logs may temporarily retain limited request and technical information for security, abuse prevention, debugging, and service reliability. These logs are not used for advertising.


Requests are transmitted using HTTPS. BrokerWise uses reasonable technical controls to protect its demonstration services, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.


Users may:

• Avoid using page-context features
• Clear local conversations
• Lock or remove the extension
• Contact BrokerWise with privacy questions or deletion requests
