Your Capital One Virtual Cards give you full control of the virtual card, turn-on and turn-off, schedule turn-off after use, etc. I've used this service for purchase from Romainia (not exactly a save place to buy from using a credit card) with no issues because the card number work ONLY with the ONE vendor.
