They'll now look something like this:" with a picture of Nicole's Nectarines and NO way for me to actually USE the thing!! No links, no place to fill anything in, or number to copy. "New look, same benefits" Yeah? Guess so, same 0 benefits.Respuesta del desarrollador
publicado el hace 7 añosHey there! We appreciate your feedback about virtual numbers. Eno should pop up automatically when checking out on a merchant's website. If that's not happening, you can click on the icon to get it started. If you're referring to something else not working, please give us a call at 866-750-0873 and we can troubleshoot further there. Thank you! - Se valoró con 1 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 14760251, hace 7 añosSounded like a good idea. But, it wouldn't load. The "just a moment" stretched to over 5 minutes. I may try again when I have an afternoon free.

publicado el hace 7 añosOh no! Please try and reinstall the extension. Also make sure you're running the latest version of Firefox. For help with checking for updates, please reach out to Firefox support. Thank you! - Se valoró con 1 de 5por Justin, hace 7 añosUsed to be 5 stars, but as other reviewers have stated--Eno stopped working a few months ago (I now get stuck in a sign-in loop whenever the add-on is invoked), and dev hasn't responded with anything helpful. Clearing cookies/cache/history does NOTHING. Highly disappointing!

This despite a 823 credit rating and about $15000 a month I put on the card. It's a bad joke

publicado el hace 7 añosHey there! When setting up Eno with Amazon, you would need to start at your Payment Options page in your Amazon account. From there, add a new payment method, then when prompted for your credit card number, Eno should pop up automatically asking if you'd like to create a virtual number for Amazon. Give that number a nickname and a new number should be generated. From there, just select that number when you check out and you should be all set! We hope this info helps! publicado el hace 7 añosHey there! If you're looking to add another Capital One credit card to use with Eno, you should be able to click on Eno's icon and then click on your profile pic to choose the default card. You'll need to make sure the card has already been added to your online profile before you're able to begin using it. If thats not working, give us a call at 866-750-0873 and we can assist further there. Thank you!Respuesta del desarrollador

publicado el hace 7 añosWe know this is frustrating! You'll need to allow third party cookies or add an exception to use the extension in Firefox. - Se valoró con 1 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 14335858, hace 8 añosI wish there was some way to remove this horrible ad-on!! publicado el hace 7 añosWe're sorry to hear you feel that way! If you're still looking at uninstalling Eno, try this:
1) Click on the icon with 3 lines (hamburger menu) in the top right corner of the browser
2) Click on Add-ons
3) Choose Extensions from the list on the left
4) Click on either Disable or Remove
From there, Eno should stop popping up. If you're still seeing an issue, please give us a call at 866-750-0873 and we can check into this for you there. We appreciate your feedback. - Se valoró con 1 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 14323920, hace 8 añosFirefox add-on doesn't work. Every time I try to use it, I get the error message "Something went wrong.
What, exactly? Well, that's what my team is busy figuring out. Please try again later." I've tried every day for the past week and no luck. Firefox is up to date, so I don't know what the problem is. Disappointing.
Developers: can you please help? The Eno page on the Capital One website has disappeared so I don't know how to reach out to you.Respuesta del desarrollador

publicado el hace 8 añosHi there -- Eno works best with Firefox version 57 and above, and is currently only supported in the U.S. If your version of Firefox is up-to-date and you're still running into issues, we'd love more details (ex: operating system) to investigate on our end. Thanks! - Se valoró con 1 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 14302180, hace 8 añosUpdate 8/20/2019 - The last several times I've tried to use Eno, I get the " 'Something went wrong' What, exactly? Well, that's what my team is busy figuring out. Please try again later." I'm removing the app until it starts working again! Took it from 5 stars down to 1.
Update 5/4/2019 - Apparently Eno is no longer supported by Firefox. "Eno from Capital One could not be verified for use in Firefox and has been disabled."
This is a terrific add-on! Added to Firefox toolbar. Works seamlessly. Click on the Eno icon in the toolbar to create a virtual card, select a virtual card you've already used on a website, or manage your virtual cards. Secure way to shop without compromising your actual card number. BTW, this also works for Chrome equally well.Respuesta del desarrollador
