Various visual fixes and general improvements across the extension.

Download All now supports titles with chapter lists exceeding 100 pages. A new progress interface clearly shows chapter discovery, page loading, group detection, cancellation, retries, and errors.

Added specific chapter selection with number/range input and a visual chapter picker. Individual downloads now correctly apply ZIP/CBZ format, title, chapter, and scanlator naming settings instead of saving as download.zip.

Fixed an issue where ZIP and CBZ archives could download with the name "Untitled".

errors now include clearer messages, support codes, expandable technical details, copyable diagnostics, and improved retry controls.

CBZ naming now displays a live filename example in the extension settings, updating instantly as the naming template is edited.
