Now activates youtube's anti adblock message, and blocks playback. Youtube sees it as an adblocking extension so I can't use it anymore.

The Autoplay feature is broken and so much more...

constantly, as soon as you download the resolution and go to any video, it does not start until you click, that is, while you are sitting on the Internet and put the video in picture in picture mode, the video will not start so that you do not change.

This ad on was nothing more than a migraine to use. I have NEVER had an extension create so many problems for my viewing vids on YT. I already have two different extensions that block ALL ads, even the ones that interrupt your viewing pleasure. YT already has keyboard shortcuts in place, so why does someone need such a cumbersome extension with a disgustingly laid out UI. Additionally, since this extension has not been updated since December of 2022, I am afraid that t has been abandoned.

Does NOT stop videos on background tabs from playing. Does NOT hide shorts. Doesn't do SHIT

Dev, un-sure if it's just me or the app, but autoplay button was no where to be found. I tried all of the settings and controls. Very annoying having to go back and start videos each time. Had to un-install. lmk if it gets fixed. somehow ?

Edit1: Yes. Just verified that deleting the add-on brought back auto-play. Also, have a feeling maybe this was how I was refreshing my configuration. (F5 on the youtube page inbetween setting changes.) Probably why it was gone and never came back. Specify best practice on loading new setting configs somewhere please.


edit2: Looks like there was a bug that removed the button itself. not sure how but can't re-create it


edit3: playlist dont have autoplay buttons. not sure why they were pausing though

The extension breaks spotify (open.spotify.com) when logged in (popup "Something went wrong"). But when I deactivate the extension, then everything works fine. How is this even possible if the extension has only the permission to access youtube.com??? Something fishy is going on.

I hated to do it, but I finally had to go ahead and uninstall. It's gotten to the point that it's causing more issues than it's solving. *Update 2 Years Later & I had to do it again. YT videos will only play for 2-3 seconds before they stop playing. When I uninstalled everything was fine
