FlowMate for Flow Club is a community-built extension by Lydia Studio. It is not affiliated with Flow Club.

FlowMate is a session-aware companion for Flow Club virtual coworking, designed to support focus and time awareness without adding pressure or distractions.

TASKS, FRONT AND CENTER

A lightweight task panel sits at the top of the popup, so the thing you’re actually working on is the first thing you see.

• Automatically captures the goals you set during Flow Club sessions and keeps your latest 3 sessions on hand
• Pin or duplicate any captured list to keep it permanently
• “Pick for Me” surfaces a random task when deciding feels hard
• Paste Markdown checklists to bulk-add tasks
• Drag to reorder and click to edit inline
• Completed tasks settle to the bottom, and one click clears them all
• Copy your list into Flow Club’s “My Goals”
• Reuse lists across sessions or save them to FlowMate for cross-device sync

GENTLE AUDIO CUES

Optional, configurable time awareness—quiet by default and adjustable at your own pace.

• One-tap audio presets: Full, Gentle, Minimal, Transitions, or Silent—or fine-tune your own Custom mix
• Voice announcements every 1, 2, 3, 5, or 10 minutes
• Optional final-seconds countdown
• Soft transition tones for midpoint and session end
• Optional 30-second pre-transition reminder
• Subtle ticking sounds for time blindness (gentle tick, beep, or ding)
• Independent volume controls and one-tap mute

OPTIONAL FLOWMATE SYNC

Connect the extension to your free FlowMate account at flowmate.club.

• Flow Club sessions count toward your FlowMate stats
• Pull saved checklists into the extension
• Save extension lists back to FlowMate as reusable master checklists
• Offline queue support automatically syncs when you’re back online

Skip sign-in and the extension still works. Everything stays on your device.

Open the companion in Chrome’s side panel or pop it out into a separate window and place it anywhere on your screen while you work.

PRIVACY FIRST

• No analytics or tracking
• No keystrokes, URLs, or information about websites are ever collected
• Local-only by default; sync only happens when you sign in
• When signed in, FlowMate only stores session history, completed check-offs, and lists you explicitly save
