The extension captures pages you choose, lets you edit and redact screenshots, and saves recent captures in your browser. It handles screenshot images, annotations, and capture details such as the page URL, title and capture time. Optional smart-redaction tools inspect page text locally to suggest areas to hide; the suggestions store locations and types, rather than a separate list of the matched text.

The extension does not upload screenshots, captured-page content or capture history to us or to the licensing provider. You control any files you download, copy or share. Captures can contain personal or sensitive information from the page you chose, so review them before sharing.

Capture preferences may synchronize through Google Chrome when Chrome Sync is enabled. Screenshot images and capture history are not placed in synchronized storage. Capture schedules and recent error details are kept locally to run the workflows you configure and explain capture failures.


Ordinary capture uses temporary access to the tab you choose. Batch and scheduled captures ask separately for optional access to all sites so they can capture tabs without an individual click. You can remove that access and stop schedules in the Batch controls or Chrome’s extension settings. Screenshot pins and saved export preferences are stored locally.


Supporter Pro purchases and licensing are provided through Polar, our merchant of record and licensing provider. Payment details are entered on its hosted checkout; the extension does not collect full card numbers or card security codes.

When you enter a license key and select Activate, the extension sends the key and browser-activation information over HTTPS to confirm access. Verification also enables periodic automatic rechecks while you use the extension, with retries when a check cannot complete. The provider receives ordinary connection information, including your IP address.

License responses can include customer identity and billing details associated with the purchase. The extension uses the entitlement result and saves only the license key, activation information and access/check status; it does not save the returned customer or billing profile. We can access purchase and customer records through the provider to administer purchases and answer support requests. The product website is hosted by Vercel. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and icon resources from unpkg. When you visit the website, these services receive the connection information needed to deliver the pages and resources, such as an IP address and browser request details. These website requests do not upload your extension captures.

If you submit the support form, FormSubmit processes the name, email address, message and any optional page/version/browser details you choose to include, and delivers them to us so we can respond. Avoid including passwords, full license keys or unnecessary sensitive information in a support message.


We use information to provide capture and editing features, verify paid access, administer purchases, respond to support requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. The extension contains no advertising, analytics or keystroke-logging code. We do not sell extension user data or use it for personalized advertising, creditworthiness decisions or lending.

Full Page Screenshot Pro's use of information received from Google APIs and web pages follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Extension data is used for the disclosed features and is shared only as described here and permitted by those requirements. External checkout and service providers have their own privacy notices for their services.


Unpinned recent history is cleaned up according to the capture-count and local image-storage limits. Pinned captures and saved Pro captures retained after expiry are protected from automatic removal. If protected captures fill storage, new captures may require you to export and delete saved work first. You can delete captures from the extension; downloaded files and clipboard copies are managed separately by you.

License and activation state is stored in your browser profile to maintain paid access. Removing the extension removes its local extension storage, but does not cancel a subscription or delete files you exported. Manage billing and device activations through the customer portal linked from the extension.

Support correspondence and purchase records are retained as needed to resolve requests, administer the purchase and meet applicable legal obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion of information we hold through the support page; some transaction records may need to be retained for legal reasons. Local screenshots are under your control and cannot be retrieved by us. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights, including a right to complain to the relevant regulator.

License requests and the website support form use HTTPS. Local browser storage is protected by your device and browser access controls; this policy does not promise an independently encrypted screenshot vault. Keep your browser profile and license key private.


We will update this page when these practices change and update the effective date. Material changes in the extension's data handling will also be disclosed in the product where required. Questions and privacy requests can be sent through support.

Firefox: activating Supporter Pro requests the optional "authentication information" data permission. Declining it keeps the free features available and sends nothing.
