GitLab restructured the issue/work-item page layout: the action buttons that used to live inside [data-testid="work-item-detail"] (Edit, "Add a to-do item", Subscribe, "...") were moved out into a shared top toolbar (.panel-header-inner-actions), and the dedicated sticky-header element ([data-testid="work-item-sticky-header"]) that appeared on scroll was removed entirely — that same top toolbar now stays visible and handles both the scrolled and non-scrolled states.

Because our extension finds its injection point by matching button[aria-label="Add a to-do item"] scoped to the old work-item-detail container, it stopped finding an anchor on the full issue page, so the "Copy as Markdown" button silently disappeared there.

The fix adds the new toolbar's selector (.panel-header-inner-actions button[aria-label="..."]) as a fallback alongside the existing ones, so the button is found under both the old and new markup. The injected button's class was also updated to btn-sm/btn-default-tertiary to visually match its new sibling buttons in the toolbar.

Updated the DRAWER layout anchor selector to accept both the new testid (work-item-detail-panel-copy-button) and the old one (work-item-drawer-copy-button).

Updated the getUrl fallbacks in the ISSUE and STICKY HEADER layouts to look up the copy button via both testids.

Updated the doc comment for the DRAWER layout to mention the fallback.

Fix a bug where the "Copy as Markdown" button does not appear when a GitLab issue is marked as done.
