Doesn't affect the google docs home screen at all. Will turn the background of a document open for editing dark, but doesn't affect the document at all, not even when toggling dark mode off and on multiple times.

FYI This applies to G. Docs editing page only. It doesn't apply to the page which lists your G. Docs.

Update 4 years later: Not working for current G. Docs.

Works okay (sometimes) but I've been having an issue with Firefox Version 95.0.2 where instead of the secondary toggle turning the page grey with white text, it just turns the border (black from the top switch) grey and turns the cursor white. It was working right for a few weeks when I first installed it, but I can't seem to make it work right now. Same issue on my work PC.

One little thing, comments in Google Docs are still white, could this maybe be fixed at some point?

It literally just makes the document border black. The actual document, and all menus and such are still their normal color. Actually makes it much worse.

It does what it says it does, although it has some funky working switches which you have to turn on and off again to make them work correctly. Thank you for relaxing my eyes at night.

It removes the ability to see spelling and grammar mistakes underlined on words

Its really good! The only problem is that page is still white while everything else is dark. Other than that it works perfectly

Works exactly as promised. No longer is working in Google Docs like staring into a spotlight.

Currently it blacks out the Styles menu which can make formatting your document a bit difficult.
