Hello, The option to have multiple pages in one dial will be coming in the near future. However not by using "|", there will be a proper setup for that. Until then, you can create a new group with those dials and then create group-dial (dial pointing to a group) and then use context menu option "Open all dials".
Regarding hiding groups and password protection - this is also planned features. However not so soon. It will be part of end to end encryption update.
