Last updated: 18 June 2026
Higgsfield Automation handles only the data needed to sign you in to the add-on, run the prompts you provide on higgsfield.ai, remember your local settings, and save generated results. It does not use analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or third-party tracking.
- What this add-on does
Higgsfield Automation automates bulk image and video generation on higgsfield.ai. It lets you enter prompts, import prompt files, optionally add reference images, run those prompts through the Higgsfield page in your browser, and save finished images or videos to your computer.
- User data collected or handled
Authentication information:
The add-on uses Google Firebase Authentication for extension sign-in. Firebase may handle your email address, Firebase user ID, Firebase ID token, email verification state, and, for Google sign-in, the basic Google profile returned by Google. For email/password sign-up, Firebase stores the password hash. The developer does not see your plaintext password.
Personally identifiable information:
The add-on may handle your email address and, if Google sign-in is used, your display name and profile picture URL. This is used only for signing in to the add-on and showing the signed-in account in the side panel.
User-provided content and website content:
The add-on handles prompts typed into the side panel, prompts imported from TXT/CSV/XLS/XLSX files, optional reference images selected by the user, filenames, generated media URLs, and generated images/videos returned by higgsfield.ai. This data is used only to submit the generation jobs you request, monitor progress, match outputs to prompts, and save the resulting files.
Extension settings and local activity state:
The add-on may store selected mode, output count, pacing settings, retry settings, download folder name, filename preferences, interface language, welcome-message preference, and cached selector configuration. These are used to remember your preferences and keep the automation compatible with the Higgsfield page.
- Data not collected
The add-on does not collect general browsing history.
The add-on does not track websites outside higgsfield.ai.
The add-on does not use analytics, telemetry, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking.
The add-on does not store, request, or transmit your higgsfield.ai login credentials.
The add-on does not log your prompts, settings, generated files, or downloads to a developer-operated analytics service.
The add-on does not collect location, health, or personal communications data.
- How data is collected
Data is handled only after you take an action such as signing in, importing a prompt file, selecting reference images, changing settings, or clicking Run.
Prompt files are read locally in your browser to extract prompt text. Reference images are used only for the generation workflow you start. When you click Run, the add-on sends your selected prompts and images to the higgsfield.ai page in your browser using your existing Higgsfield browser session.
- Storage and retention
Firebase Authentication stores authentication records on Google Firebase servers and stores a local sign-in session in the browser.
Extension settings, interface language, welcome preference, and selector cache are stored in browser extension storage on your device until you reset settings, clear extension data, or uninstall the add-on.
Prompt queue status and action logs are kept in extension memory while the side panel/session is active and are cleared when the extension context is closed or when you clear them in the UI.
Generated images and videos are saved to your local Downloads folder and remain there until you delete them.
- Sharing and disclosure
The add-on shares user data only as needed to provide its stated functionality.
Google Firebase Authentication and Google OAuth receive authentication information when you sign in, sign up, sign out, verify email, or refresh your session.
higgsfield.ai receives the prompts and reference images you choose to run, and returns generated media, because that is the generation workflow requested by the user.
The extension’s Cloudflare Pages endpoint may receive a request for selector configuration and public support/privacy pages. Selector requests do not include prompts, images, generated media, email address, Firebase user ID, Higgsfield credentials, or browsing history.
The add-on does not provide user data to advertising networks, data brokers, analytics providers, or unrelated third parties.
- Network requests
The add-on may make HTTPS requests to higgsfield.ai and its media hosts, Google Firebase Authentication and Google OAuth hosts, and higgsfield-automation.pages.dev for selector configuration and support/privacy pages.
- Security
All network requests made by the add-on use HTTPS. The add-on does not send user data through non-secure HTTP. The add-on does not execute remote code. Remote selector configuration is JSON data, not executable JavaScript.
- User control and deletion
You can sign out of the add-on from the side panel.
You can reset extension settings from the Settings tab.
You can remove local extension data by uninstalling the add-on or clearing extension data in the browser.
You can delete downloaded files from your Downloads folder at any time.
For deletion of Firebase Authentication records associated with your extension sign-in, contact the developer.
