1.5.9 fix only covered pop-up views the page marks as a dialog; this
covers any full-screen view that opens over the feed.

already seen is filled in white, so you can tell your position at a
glance instead of hunting for the round handle.
- The control bar no longer stays on screen after you click through to
another page. It used to hang around for a couple of seconds, floating
