ways that produced confident wrong answers rather than visible errors.
Fixed
• Panels rendered completely unstyled on sites with a strict content security
policy, such as GitHub.
• Wiktionary lookups never worked — the extension called an endpoint Wiktionary
does not serve, so the fallback chain was silently one source short.
• Words with several unrelated meanings only ever offered the first. "bank" now
offers the riverside, financial and aviation senses.
• Definitions are matched to the surrounding paragraph, so "bank" resolves
differently on a page about rivers than on one about interest rates.
• Wikipedia searches returned loosely related articles as definitions —
"learning experience" returned the article on Learning.
• Disambiguation pages ("Yi or YI may refer to:") were shown as definitions.
• Translation did not work at all without an AI key, and the translation
service's error message was displayed as though it were the translation.
• Text in Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Cyrillic and other non-Latin scripts is now
translated instead of reporting "no definition found".
• Selecting part of someone's name no longer returns an unrelated entry.
• Long titles pushed the close button off the panel, leaving it unclosable.
• Saved definitions were stored without their text, so CSV and Markdown exports
came out empty.
• Requests had no timeout, so one unresponsive source could leave the panel
loading indefinitely.
• Summaries of step-by-step pages produced stitched-together fragments.
• Theme changes now apply to an already-open panel.
Added
• Pinned panels arrange themselves side by side instead of overlapping.
• The command palette can define any word, including ones matching a command name.Se publicó el código fuente bajo la licencia MIT License
