Ok for those who just downloaded this in the last week maybe yes this stopped working, Ive been using this and can say 100 percent it worked perfect. Just login, click on borrow a book to open it in reader view and the download button shows under the book. Please fix if possible. Yes it says Blocked now when trying to download.

Worked perfectly, had none of the network errors or blocked file issues like others have had. Perfect the first time.

It literally does not even work. It says "File download was blocked." when I try to download. Pointless garbage. This should be removed.

Works great! - If you find an error when downloading from Archive.org, make sure to go into the extension's settings and enable all permissions as per previous reviews

doesn't work! tried to download on all available "qualities" and a funny little network error keeps showing up. waste of time

The Open Library c/o *IA* appeals to me for its huge repository of out-of-print books. PDF-searches for most of them on the Web are futile. Time and again, though, I've seen some kind soul had uploaded the title to IA, saving what might otherwise go to the book boneyard.

Another humanitarian of books is the dev of this ext., without whom there'd be no way for IA users to archive their own copies. In doing so they ensure the viability of the texts. I'm impressed as hell.

On Firefox 115.6.0esr (64-bit), all permissions enabled, download fails in every option available (1 hour, 14 days..). An error message comes up saying to contact the developer.

works perfectly after installing, enable all permissions, refresh the page, rent the book, and then press new download button (or ctrl + download) that appears next to favorites/share buttons. The file size can get quite large for big books (730 page book was 420MB). So maybe you can use a pdf or jpeg shrinker afterwards

Works perfectly fine after 1) granting all permissions and 2) logging in and borrowing the book of choice.
