Ponto TOTVS collects the following data, entered directly by the user:

• Authentication credentials — username and password for the TOTVS Meu RH system
• Geolocation — device GPS coordinates, obtained at the moment of each clock-in

• Credentials are used exclusively to authenticate with the TOTVS Meu RH REST API configured by the user.
• Geolocation is sent to the same TOTVS API as part of the clock-in request, as required by the system.

• Credentials are stored locally on the user's device using the browser's storage.local API. They are never transmitted to any server other than the TOTVS API URL configured by the user.
• Geolocation is obtained in real time at each clock-in and is not stored by the extension.

No data is shared with third parties. All communication is exclusively between the user's browser and the TOTVS Meu RH API endpoint configured by the user.


Credentials remain stored locally until the user clears them via the extension's settings page or uninstalls the extension.
