This extension cause a continuously load on firefox from time to time. As soon as disable it everything works fine. It's a shame because it is very useful

Unfortunately it doesn't work for the website I meant to use it for, it's just for a silly browser game but I need to have a separate account for two servers and I can't because when I log in it stores a cookie and it led to the accidental creation of a secondary account (and that could trigger a warning or even a ban), I just wanna use separate accounts on separate servers instead but can't manage to do it even with this extension.

Was absolutely great for years. The recent update has caused for me to be continually logged out of all sites and having to sign back in. Happens multiple times per day. Is a massive hassle and is causing me to consider deleting it

The Firefox Sync integration is horrible, it keeps merging back OLD changes. Container settings get reverted, and many old removed containers come back again...

I still don't understand why you cant aloow the whole website address as *.example.com as it is a hassle to connect from some website with peculiar login or one cant still modify or add manually any url one would like ?

Umständlich einzurichten mit Google Diensten - allein die Anmeldung - was mein Ziel war. Bei Google Keep hängt sich die App dann ganz auf und lädt immer wieder die Seite neu. Mal sehen was das hier noch bringt.

This is very essential basic browser functionality which Mozilla have decided to lock behind a bunch of annoying nags and product promotions. Would be much better if it would just let me use the extension without wasting my time, and also if this functionality was integrated into Firefox.

Came across this one a couple of months ago, thinking that's just what I've been looking for: an extension that allows me to quickly bookmark (right-click or keyboard shortcut would be nice) a site into “containers” (for lack of a better description).

Alas, this one turns out to be a bit like one those earlier Chinese apps I had to deal with while living & teaching there:

Example: while the initial premise of being able to create separate accounts for separate purposes kinda works, the extension doesn't seem to be able to store bookmarks in their related containers. As soon as I close & reopen Firefox the containers are once again empty, and I need to re-research for the sites I was looking for. To make matters worse, there doesn't seem to be an option to drag n drop existing (or new) bookmarks to related containers. Guess we gotta wait for an AI, or otherwise intelligent, solution.

Would be a great extension if it would offer an intuitive way to bookmark & save sites into relevant containers (and keep them there after closing FF).

Then again, I probably didn’t get the initial purpose of this extension, and might be looking in the wrong place, or perhaps I just don’t get what’s it trying to offer. Cheers.

Как всегда задумка огонь, реализация для галочки. Нельзя: 1) посмотреть установленные правила в каком контейнере открываются сайты, отредактировать/удалить эти правила без удаления контейнера; 2) очистить конкретный контейнер от куков; 3) добавить свои изображения для контейнеров; 4) сделать так, что бы автоматически создавался контейнер для каждого нового сайта.
На первый взгляд расширение полезное, но когда начинаешь пользоваться... приходит понимание насколько оно не доделано.

Used to be one of my favourite extensions to firefox. But after an update they've started asking whether a particular page should open in a specific container, very often every single time i want to open a page. Just give me an option to never ask for that, ever. If i want something to launch in a particular container, Ill just do it manually.

These are so hard to work with. They sometimes break sites in really obscure ways that are hard to fix. It would be so much better if Firefox had proper support for profiles

They separate single account with multi categories, not multi accounts. They claim that categories exist, but the way to open them is difficult – click here, then here, and choose from there. They may have ideas for the future, but for now, this is my review. Best wishes

A good idea but completely unfinished.

Sync to a new browser always merges the default configuration without asking. The Sync does not sync the 'limit to designated sites' option, so you have to manually apply that to all the categories (while you clean out the merged in default configuration).

Management of the categories is woefully sub-par; how is there no way to manually add domains or wildcard domains to a category? Try keeping a service like Google in a 'limited' category and watch the SSO explode every time you go to maps dot google dot com because the browser doesn't stay on the auth redirect long enough to add it to the container though the UI.

It also breaks the firefox profiler, as the profiler can't load profiles from outside the category.

None of this bothered me when this feature was new, but it's been years. I wish I could recommend this and use it in earnest.

Its good, but half baked. Instead of using profiles, we should be able to isolate history within each container and have default container option. Thats the only basic expectation for this extension

Noticed that when i open a tab in a Firefox container, the wallpaper doesn't show up. It shows in "no contaner" but doesn't in the rest. Trying to change the wallpaper when in a container doesn't do any help. this apparently only occurs on linux and not windows

Because I'm used to the grouping feature of Chrome I wanted to give this one a try but this is anything but convenient to use. It's just cumbersome, too many navigations for renaming or adding groups and no toggle feature

Great addon and idea, but the sync is a complete sh*t show. When deleting containers, they just somehow reappear, and if likely you'll end up with TWO, since it seems to restore the one you deleted and then pull one from the sync. In short, the Sync feature is completely useless, and have left me with at least 5 duplicates of every container I tried to delete. Can you PLEASE fix this? And there's no way to purge what's stored on the cloud.
