PitchShifter por rive

PitchShifter changes the musical pitch of video and audio playing in your browser in real time without changing playback speed. It can also change speed while preserving the configured pitch and add adjustable stereo room reverb.

Great for musicians transposing songs, singers and karaoke, language learners slowing down speech, or anyone who wants to experiment with sound in a different key or space.

Private by design
- No account or sign-in required.
- No analytics, tracking or ads.
- No personal, audio or browsing data is collected or uploaded.
- Audio processing happens locally in your browser.
- Settings are stored only on your own device.

Independent per-tab control
- Every new or reloaded tab starts with PitchShifter switched off.
- Moving a control enables it only for the current tab.
- The On/Off button restores the page's native speed and pitch-preservation settings when disabled.
- Saved values remain available as presets without being forced onto other tabs or sites.

Plug and play
- Click the toolbar icon and move a slider. No setup required.
- Works with supported browser media on YouTube, Spotify Web and many other sites.
- Compatible with pages using strict Content Security Policies and players using detached media elements.
- AudioWorklet processing keeps the audio engine separate from page and DOM work.
- At neutral settings, processing is bypassed with zero added latency.

Controls
- Pitch: −12 to +12 semitones.
- Microtones: fine-tune pitch between semitones.
- Speed: 25% to 200%, while keeping pitch intact.
- Reverb: 0% to 100% dry/wet mix in its own tab.
- Reverb modes: Simple for one-slider control, or Advanced with room size, decay, tone and pre-delay.
- On/Off: enable or disable processing for the current tab.
- Reset: instantly restore the default control values.

Version 1.1.0 uses SoundTouchJS AudioWorklets with adaptive WSOLA processing for normal and moderate slowdowns, plus a phase vocoder for smoother extreme slowdowns.
