    An outstanding extension. The new editing capability only improves PF&PDF. Easy to use with no hiccups (after the recent "fix"), not only is this extension a great addition to FF, but Support is very responsive and helpful.

    Very helpful add-on, happy to use it frequently. One small request: please allow us to to change the automatic date reporting format (e.g. "Month(Text) Day, Year") instead of the US-centric dating format. I have to go in and manually change the date through the "Edit" function to make my PDFs internationally accessible. Thanks for reading and hopefully integrating this feedback.

    Not perfect but it's easy to use. The final product looks great. I use it daily.

    If it's not broken, don't fix it! What trash bin on the tool bar? I can't find it. I loved the older version, I used it all the time. I can't even use this new version to let you know if I like it or not because I can't locate that dang trash bin.

    We have released a new version 4.5.0 with labels for icons so that functionality is easier to find and use.

    I loved the PrintFriendly plugin in my FireFox -until the update yesterday. Since then, it doesn't load on the majority of sites no images anymore. e.g., take ebay.com : No images at all anymore. Guess I have to go back to the old 3.2 version, that worked like a charm.

    Delete Button deletes images and texts from the screen, but they are remain in the PDF.

    Edit: We have fixed the issue separately at our PDF generation service now so that the bug fix is available in 4.2.0 also.

    The new version 4.2.0 is terrible!

    It does not display the images in the text which are necessary in most cases. It does not display headings in paragraphs. It also adds bits of text that are not in the original.

    I went back to the old version 3.2.0 which was one of my favourites.

    I created an account to let you know this new version is terrible - 4.1.0.

    Specifically, deleting images doesn't work like 3.2. Deleting text doesn't work like 3.2... Essentially nothing works like 3.2.

    I've reverted back to the old version 3.2. Keep up the good work and keep what works - working. Appreciated.

    New version is AWFUL! Is there a way to go back to old version? The old version was one of my favorite apps.

    I loved this app but the latest version is NOT good. Yes, it functions properly, but the quick editing by clicking images, lines of text, etc is gone. Now I have to edit it like a Word document. Also, images don't transfer over to the preview pane. I can't understand why they regressed so much.

    Thanks for the reply. Sorry I was so harsh. I really love this add on and use it all the time. Thanks for planning on bring back click to delete.

    I have been a fan of this app for years and recommended it to friends. Unfortunately the latest version is a step backwards: impossible to edit unwanted elements (we lost the trashcan) and none of the layout graphics from the webpage are produced, reducing the visual value. Why? Can this not be reversed?

    Version 4.x killed most images on the websites i used (for example many used items auctions).

    This makes plugin mostly useless, 95% of my use cases became text only but i need item pictures!

    Reverted to 3.2 - a great handy tool btw!

    I loved this extension until the new update. Now, I can't do a quick pdf of my favorite website anymore. "TheDrive.com". Basically, now, I have to use File/Print from the Firefox menu. Good job Print-Friendly - NOT!

    Was really a great addon - until the recent update, which eliminated the asctive www-links in the PDFs. Really anoying!

    The PDFs still have active links. If you can send the URL of the page and PDF generated to support@printfriendly.com, we will fix the issue
