Always goes down for extended periods of time. It shows it's connected but you can't load pages. Sometimes reinstalling gets it working again but only lasts a short while.

Servers frequently drop out and stop working, and when that's not the issue it completely messes up and "Fails to Authenticate" forcing me to have to resign in. It's a bloody unreliable hassle that has been happening for the past year.

Why is it that EVERY SINGLE TIME I start up this addon I have to flip through the entire list of regions 10-20 times just to find 1 working connection?

Doesn't have all server location for whatever reason. Entirely useless

Used to work for me although it sometimes just disconnect and need to retype password. Now, I cant even connect to the internet when it is on in firefox (works on brave tho) . Looks like I wont be renewing my subscription.

Still randomly disconnects and requires password to be retyped in, or randomly get proxy errors and have to restart.

PIA performs flawlessly. Even though the app warns of a bit of performance hit while using it, I normally see a performance increase. I have pulled down gigabytes of data through both the Firefox addon and the Linux system level VPN. No problems, ever.

Unbelievable! Permanent logouts on different devices, connection drops several times a day. When will this finally be fixed?

It would be great if it has a whitelist function or the exclusion list accepts regular expressions.
