publicado el hace 2 mesesHello. Thank you for the honest feedback - we'll pass it along to the team. To stop receiving in-app notifications, please log in to your account at https://account.proton.me/ → "Setings" → "All settings" → "Subscriptions" and toggle off the "In-app notifications" feature. - Se valoró con 1 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 17767719, hace 2 meses
- Se valoró con 1 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 14347746, hace 2 mesesPaid proton pass subscription constantly signs out on it's own even while I'm signed in to the same proton account for email in the adjacent tab, with or without paid proton VPN plus. Often will not fill log-ins on popular websites and at times clicking icon doesn't even show info for copy paste to sign in. Hasn't offered a way to use "email alias" for signing up on new web sites for months. All of this occurs with three different, up-to-date browsers with other extensions, ad-blocking and security disabled, on Two Very Different Windows Computers! I have uninstalled, cleared all browsing data, and reinstalled with no change. In short - a very frustrating, faulty password manager and a complete waste of money. Proton Developer - PLEASE don't bother with your standard "that doesn't sound right", "more information" and "Contact us" drivel. Fix it or don't; I'm moving back to a functional and reliable alternative provider.

I removed a star, it has more issues.
I removed another star, there are more issues still. I am starting to regret paying for Proton.Respuesta del desarrollador

It's still bugging me to select the theme almost every time I open it. It keep getting logged out occasionally. There is about a 50/50 chance that it can determine a login form. Sometimes, pretty often, it tries to create a new login from the login form instead of filling the already stored credentials. Identities also doesn't always work, sometimes it suggests and identity for a single field, sometimes it doesn't let me to fill the identity (or anything from the password store) on the form where I need the identity. Overall, I'm very disappointed with this extension.

We'd be more than happy to help with anything, but we need to have a clear understanding of the issue first. Apparently you can't have two plans on your account unless you sub to the "Unlimited Plan". No, I don't want Drive, Calender, Mail or Wallet, I wanted Pass and VPN. Stinks of Micro$oft behaviour! Been trying to sort it out with support via ticket for 10 days, who just reply with nonsense. Migrating back to BitWarden, so bye bye Proton.
Reply to Proton - "you're free to utilize only the services that you have use of" as long as we pay for the "Unlimited Plan" I paid for Pass Plus up until 4th August 2025 and I am NOT free to use the services I paid for, because Proton took them away from me!! This is greedy and immoral behaviour, like a shop saying the only way for me to purchase 2 t-shirts is to buy a pack of 7! But 5 of the T-shirts I will never use because they are ugly and will NEVER wear them! This is nothing more than Proton engaging in up-selling for greed and profit, not caring about loyal customers, plain and simple!Respuesta del desarrollador
publicado el hace 9 mesesWe're very sorry to hear that. Note that it is indeed not possible to have two different subscriptions, such as Pass Plus and VPN Plus, active on your Proton account simultaneously. The Proton Unlimited plan gives you access to the premium features of both our Pass and VPN services, as well as the other services that are part of Proton's ecosystem. That said, you're free to utilize only the services that you have use of. - Se valoró con 1 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 19052407, hace 10 mesesIt requires to manage a pass manually every time. Impossible to use, sorry...
UPD
1) If auto generated password doesn't match site requirements, I have to change it manually both on the site and manually copy to Proton PM, since it doesn't see the password was changed.
2) Proton PM doesn't recognize the situation when I change password and it makes multiple records for the same site.
3) Proton PM sometimes mix up 'sign-up' and 'sign-in', so it fills in a new password instead of using existing one.Respuesta del desarrollador

- Se valoró con 1 de 5por Delta, hace un añoAwful product. No credit cards unless you pay, every other password manager allows this for free. I have premium and it STILL lacks features: no keyboard shortcuts to autofill, wallet items can not have letters in the card number (insurance, driver's licenses, health cards), expiry dates are month/year ONLY. And premium MORE expensive than Bitwarden LOL garbage

publicado el hace un añoSorry to hear that. We offer certain features exclusively on our paid plans to ensure the continued availability of our free plan for users who may not be able to afford to subscribe. It's about striking a balance between offering a free service and providing added benefits to our paid subscribers.
On another note, we've shared your feedback with the team for future consideration. That said, keep in mind that you can create notes or custom fields for more specific items that don't fit the available templates (proton.me/support/pass-custom-field).
Lastly, Proton Pass is headquartered in Switzerland, which has some of the world's strongest privacy laws. However, Switzerland is an expensive country to maintain a service in. Nonetheless, we appreciate your feedback and have taken note of it accordingly. - Se valoró con 1 de 5por Frozux, hace un añoNe fonctionne pas hors-ligne. Une honte !
