I would not recommend anyone to go for PureVPN service. Despite of being premium member i am unable to use the service as it gives error message "Please renew your account to use the extension"

I even posted the query for resolution to customer care. And after one week they closed my call stating they have resolved my case. But without any input or without any resolution how do you expect to close the call? This is unacceptable.

PS: 8 Dec 2019 Issue has now been fixed and VPN currently works well.

Another of the many misleading named add-ons for Firefox. This is not a free VPN and isnt even a very well priced VPN. If they are lying about being free, who knows what else they are lying about?
