Works as described as far as I can tell. Youtube's removal of the dislike rating is blatant evidence that they are anti-democratic and authoritarian/dictatorial postion... and they're Capitalistic (something they claim they oppose): One reason for their removing dislikes is so videos get more views from unsuspecting viewers, and youtube gets more ad revenue... rather than letting users communicate their dislikes, YT stifles free speech & collaboration once again.
