Been using Roboform for several years with Firefox ... wonderful app ... until the last Roboform update ... now the add in doesn't work ... an it is a pain in butt to have to use the Roboform editor to copy/paste ids and passwords ... I've tried a bunch of times over the past week to install the addin ... no luck ... Roboform says its a Firefox issue ... please fix it!!!!

I'm enjoying it except it isn't working on my Android with the Firefox Browser that I'm so fond of it's the only one I use. As I/we are using our phones more and computers less for everything we used to do with PCs, it's very frustrating that RoboForm is incompatible with Firefox. It would be 5 star and perfect if it weren't for that one very important point.
I've been using AI RoboForm for more than 10 years now and would love to stay with you, and will gladly if this FireFox problem gets resolved soon. Firefox offers an integrated password manager that I assume works similarly. I hopefully won't have to find out as I'm comfortable with and used to RoboForm and don't mind paying s nominal subscription fee to use it.

I am trying to do the latest update which demands using or installing Firefox and it does not work! Keeps telling me I need to download the latest version of Firefox. I do it and the same thing happens. Great program but this is a horrible pain and dropped you from a higher rating to 2. I am so frustrated, I would make it a 1.

Very easy to use, user friendly application.

I have one annoying niggle about the login pop-up box. Recently while writing to FB pages, I repeatedly observed that when I select 'shift+enter' to add a new line in an FB comment box, Roboform login keeps popping up and stealing cursor focus. This is very irritating when trying to write substantial content. Did you change the default Login box short code?

Otherwise I absolutely love and depend upon Roboform it's ever useful task bar, however am also saddened by the fact that Firefox will no longer permit tool bars at the top of the browser any more.

Not popping up to save for account or Apple iTunes - would like option for toolbar on top

The Roboform login page keeps opening even when I'm not interested in using it to manage all my passwords. Some of my sites automatically login via Firefox or propritary programs. I can't seem to turn this feature off.

Seit vielen Jahren benutze ich nun schon Roboform und war immer sehr zufrieden, weil es einfach zu bedienen war. Dem ist nicht mehr so. Es ist komplziiert zu handhaben und die Performance ist schlecht. Ein wichtiger Aspekt auf Roboform zu bleiben ist, dass es von unterschiedlichen Plattformen genutzt werden kann. Greift man von unterschiedlichen plattformen zu sieht RF immer anders aus. Man muss also für jede Plattform neu lernen.
Ich hoffe, dass RF bald wieder auf hohem Niveau steht und zuverlässig genutzt werden kann. Im Moment ist RF ein Hinderniss und keine Unterstützung. Ich würde gern bei RF bleiben, aber die Konkurenz schläft nicht.

It no longer works easy as the previous version. There are also not so many options as in the previous version. Very confusing to me. I was used to an easy environment and now I find it very complicated. Why should I log in before I decide to ask for a password? The old version was much more easier to use.

no longer works well with Firefox. I will try Last Pass. Does not work well with anything. A constant struggle to get the passwords open.

This process was rather confusing to start with and required me to do some action by "intuition" and not their directions. A little "shaky" at times. Would prefer that directions were stated more clearly.

nice, but with FireFox it is now complicated

I've been using for a very long time. Wouldn't be without it.
