Tried full page capture and file was unreadable.

Captures only a portion of the selected area and selecting a larger area in order to compensate does not work. Also, many of the 5-star reviews look fake. Judgement: Don't waste your time with this.

Near worthless. Today in connection with an identity theft matter I was asked to send a screenshot of my bank statement. Awesome screenshot would not perform as advertised. Wouldn't copy the area of page I selected. Wouldn't copy the visible part of page. Would ONLY copy whole page, which was too large to email. Ended up taking a photo of my screen. Immediately uninstalled your crappy extension. Will inform others of my problems via social media.

When tried doing entire screenshot the app didn't work.

In order to record the whole screen you have to sign in and share the recording with the website.

It used to work in FF, but no longer. Dead in the water, does not respond. Webpage says it is only for Chrome. Too bad, I liked it, but I won't use Chrome (because Google).

The app doesn't work on my Windows 10 computer with a Brother printer. The selected area mode often scrambles lines and when printing a png I find large areas blank. Printing a jpg is even worse - large areas in black, using up huge amounts of ink.

It closes firefox if entire capture is set to ctrl+shift + Q and I want to cature the about:addon page.

It seems to splice parts of the image together but overlays the bits where joined. Result is, eg, lines of copied text eliminated at intervals

Don't waste your time on this piece of utterly useless garbage. It captures then produces nothing but a grey screen and with no options to save anything. It is pointless.
